The film pulled in roughly ₹26.95Cr across its first four days before Tuesday's add, and the Day 5 number came in only 10% below Monday's ₹6.00Cr. That is a shallow slide for a second weekday, the point in a run where a genuine opening-weekend spike usually gives way to a much sharper drop.
The overseas number is also carrying real weight this early — ₹14.50Cr against ₹37.21Cr in India gross means overseas markets are already contributing close to a third of the total, a healthier split than most Tamil openers see inside a week.
The real test: DC is still in its first week, so no verdict is possible yet — but a mid-single-digit-percent weekday drop after a strong opening is exactly the pattern that separates films with legs from one-weekend wonders. Thursday's number will show whether the hold continues.
